Matricora Privacy Policy

Overview

Matricora is designed as a CAA application planning tool. The first App Store version is intended to store application planning information on your device so you can track programs, requirements, supplementals, readiness, and next steps without creating an account.

Information You Enter

You may enter planning details such as GPA, entrance exam status, prerequisite progress, shadowing, target programs, application notes, and supplemental status. In the planned first iPhone version, this information should remain on your device unless a future version clearly adds account syncing, backup, or sharing.

Launch Interest And Support Forms

The launch page may prepare a launch-interest email from the information typed into the form. The support page may collect the name, email, topic, and message that a visitor voluntarily submits so Matricora can respond to support questions or program-data corrections. Do not submit passwords, payment details, protected health information, or private application documents through public forms.

Program And Admissions Data

Matricora is not affiliated with CASAA, CAAHEP, ARC-AA, or any individual AA program. Program requirements can change, so applicants should confirm deadlines, prerequisites, entrance exam policies, fees, and supplemental requirements with each official program source before applying. Matricora helps prepare and organize the process; it does not replace CASAA or submit applications.

Analytics, Accounts, And Payments

The planned free-download version does not require third-party account creation inside the app. App Store subscription and purchase handling is managed by Apple. If analytics, cloud sync, accounts, or external payments are added later, Matricora should disclose those changes clearly in an updated policy.
